Return Policy

At Falcon POS, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Period:
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
The item must be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

Return Process:

We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@thefalconpos.com.
